Note: the range of 50A or 100A of the table regardless of whether the measured current is less than 10A must be connected to the shunt to measure the current! Otherwise it will burn the head.

The voltage display is normal and the current display is 0.00 or 0.0

Make sure that the thick black line is receiving the negative pole of the battery and the thick red wire is connected to the negative pole of the load. (Note that the discharge is not the same as the wiring of the charge, see the final concept of load and power). (The use of original imported chip head, the factory after a very rigorous testing and calibration to ensure that no quality problems were 100% factory. Encountered current display 0 99.99% of the wiring is wrong, please be patient carefully check the wiring)

Current display is not allowed

If it is a direct power supply or independent power supply with the device power is a common ground, as long as the black line can be broken off precision.

Connected to the power supply is not displayed

Any AC power through the rectifier must be connected to a 1000uF electrolytic capacitor filter before the power supply to the meter.

Judge the header is good or bad (the following is the normal case of the two cases)

Not connected to the shunt, then fine red line and thin black line to the power supply, the range of 50A of the meter current display 50.0 ~ 59.9, range of 100A of the table shows 100 to 109;

Connected to the shunt, then fine red line and thin black line to the power supply, the range of 50A meter current display 0.00, the range of 100A of the table shows 0.0;

Other precautions

The current can only be measured in the negative side of the power supply and the negative load.

Voltage range: 5 lines of the table power supply voltage range is 4 ~ 28V, that is, fine red line then the voltage can not exceed 28V.

On the concept of load and power

Discharge: battery, switching power supply, transformer is the power supply, resistance, light, motor, power equipment is the load.

Charging: Charger, generator, solar energy is the power, rechargeable battery, battery is the load.
